Merchant Preferred Zero is a private firm with a goal of reducing credit card costs for merchants to an absolute minimum. In addition to offering our MP Zero program, we are also a full-service merchant services provider, offering competitive conventional programs, as well as program auditing and analysis. With offices in Upstate New York, Central Florida, and Virginia, Merchant Preferred Zero has a network of agents across the country, serving clients in all 50 states. Merchant Preferred has partnered with many nationally recognized groups in various industries, developing cost-saving programs for their members. We educate our clients about the fees associated within the credit card processing industry, which allows them to make informed decisions. Ken has been in the financial services industry for over 35 years. His past experience as the COO of a mid-sized financial services corporation has taught him ways to cut costs and manage expenses. Ken has also served as an independent auditor for anti-money laundering corporate compliance, providing detailed consumer transaction reporting to the New York State Banking Department and the IRS. Ken is committed to educating his clients about the credit card processing industry and consulting them on ways to save money and increase profits.
Ken resides in Upstate New York with his family. An avid sports fan, Ken enjoys playing golf and going to Mets games. Ken has an affinity for jazz and blues and enjoys live music and playing guitar. |

Todd has over 25 years of experience in the payment processing industry. With his vast experience, Todd has seen all sides of the merchant services business. His knowledge, skills and experience, as well as extensive industry relationships, all work to help Merchant Preferred Zero clients receive exceptional pricing and service. Todd enjoys working closely with clientele to save them as much time and money as possible.
Todd enjoys the great outdoors. When traveling to business meetings, he’ll spend as much downtime as possible exploring remote areas outside of the big cities. |

Dawn has been in the Sales and Marketing industry for over 25 years. Her experience as a Senior Vice President in the healthcare industry has taught her how to manage a business while building revenue and profit. Dawn also worked in procurement and Human Resources. She has always been passionate about mentoring and presenting a clear path for growth. Dawn is excited about providing her clients a crayon simple payment process to grow their bottom line.
Dawn lives in Virginia on Smith Mountain Lake with her husband and her new French Bulldog puppy, Madeleine. She is extremely proud to say she is mom to three amazing children. During her down time, she enjoys hanging out with friends, cooking and being on the water. |

Shea is a recent graduate from the University of Central Florida. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Communication and has a considerable amount of experience in customer service, as well as knowledge of how businesses are run and what they prioritize.
Shea lives in Orlando, and enjoys going to UCF sporting events and supporting his university. He also enjoys fishing, exercising and traveling.
